End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and BrainCrunch LLC ("Company", "we", "us") for the use of our apps.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App;
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the App;
• Use the App in violation of any laws or regulations.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App remain with BrainCrunch.

4. Updates

We may provide updates or enhancements to the App. These terms apply to any updates unless we indicate otherwise.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must stop all use and delete the App from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
