1) I cannot get my wireless headphones to work with the app. Answer =>>
A) Check to make sure that your device is connected in iOS Settings.
B) Make sure that your wireless headphones are only connected to your iPhone and not connected to any other devices.
C) If you just switched to a new wireless headphones device, play a sound in the device from Youtube or Spotify for example,
then try again.
2) I can't seem to get anything to work with the hearing booster.
Answer =>> As a last resort: A) Forget your wireless device in iOS Settings =>> Bluetooth, 2) Restart your iPhone. 3) Reconnect your wireless headphones with a fresh connection.
3) What is the orange dot at the top of my screen? Answer =>> The orange dot means that your device microphone is in use. The app uses the microphone to process sounds live, and also to record such sounds.
